My husband is amazing. I got off the plane this morning, my heart nearly bursting with pride. He is seriously the best dad EVER. Not that he wants me to go away for 5 days again any time soon, but wow. Crazy awesome.
Then there’s the whole Leaving-a-Piece-of-My-Heart-in-New-Jersey deal. What an incredible weekend. God is so good. SO good.
I want to tell you all about all of it, but honestly? I’m completely pooped. I got about three hours of sleep last night, and I’m feeling it. So, a nice big fat blog post coming soon.
In other news, my Diapers books are being delivered today (Tuesday) between 9 and 11 a.m. Woohoo!!
And my hubby has some really big news.

Get some rest and then we’ll tackle the Diapers books. I’m free pretty much any day this week but Saturday (I’m going to go take two finals that day) so I an be closer to spring break!!

My heart feels content today. On Sunday I got to take my first horse ride since my car accident in October. I’m still on a high.

My heart is a bit anxious as there are some extra people in our house today, scraping up what’s left of the hidden, seventies-era linoleum. I’m not sure when we’ll actually have the new tile in there or when I’ll be able to get to the kitchen sink, the microwave, the oven, the stove, etc again and can stop feeding my children a vast array of fast food. I’m sure it’ll all work out, right?
Glad you’re having a joyful and good return home. My heart is a little lonely today though. I’m missing my best friend a lot today. Just hits every now and then. Oh, she’s not dead, by the way. Just lives 900 miles away. I miss doing life with her. Blue day.
