04Livi (yesterday afternoon): Most of the kids on my bus are voting for McCain.
Me: Really???
Livi: Yeah, even one boy who’s black. He’s voting for McCain because of abortion.
Me: Really.
Nina: (very loudly, all the way from our house to the polls) John Muh-CAIN! John Muh-CAIN! John Muh-CAIN!
Ava (as we pull into the parking lot to vote): So, are Barack Obama and John McCain going to be here?
Ava (after we sign in and get in line for a voting booth): Is this the John McCain line?
Off we go to Chick-Fil-A for some free sandwiches! Hope they have two left!

cute
Why can’t we have a Chick-fil-a where I live?!
Every time you talk about it I get all upset that we don’t have one! I TOTALLY feel like I’m missing out on something in life. I’ve YET to have a sandwich from there!
What a riot!:) I love it!:)
Precious.
too cute! I am watching the election on TV now
My son asked me if we could bring his notebook (to go vote) because he thought John McCain would be there signing autographs! Too cute!!
So cute!! Hope you enjoyed your chick-fil-a…we did
LOVE it. I don’t remember having much awareness of the presidential races as a kid (living in another country will do that) but I hope to teach James all about this stuff in 4 years.
One day last week, my kids came home with “I voted” stickers on. DeWayne asked who they voted for. They said, “We voted to be drug free.” (It was red ribbon week for drug prevention or something or other.) I’m guessing that vote was a landslide, whadda ya think?
Hilarious. I love it!
Love it! (And so wish I could get in on some of this free “I voted” stuff. Why do I live an hour’s drive away from everything!?!)
Your daughters are so political.
I love it! Man, I didn’t get my free sammy….and Drew has the car seat in his car…bummer! I wish I had know they were doing free stuff…I did get my free Krispy Kreme
That is too funny! And so cute!!
Im glad you are getting your girls involved!
