29Welcome, fellow members of The Big Mama Fan Club! Thanks for stopping by! That Melanie sure is something, isn’t she? (oh–if you’re actually here to see me and didn’t just hop over from Big Mama’s, click on over to her site for a minute, then mosey back this way!)
In case you’re wondering, Big Mama and I go way back. To last June where we just about nearly almost met in real life. I (nervously) traipsed on down to Charlotte, NC for a She Speaks Conference (not as scary as I thought it’d be), and a couple of the sessions were on All Things Blogging. Big Mama, BooMama and Shannon Rocks were our fearless speakers, and they did a super job. I got to hug Sophie and chat with her for 31 seconds (give or take 2), but I only admired Melanie and Shannon from afar (and said “hi, nice to meet you” from my seat during a slap-your-knee funny Q & A). But we e-mail, like, all the time now so, see? We’re tight. Mel and I even have the same pink hairdryer.
There are a million-and-one things to love about Big Mama. If you’re one of her faithful readers, you already know all this, but if somehow, you’ve been under a rock (or stranded in xanga-land!–teehee) for the past couple years, allow me to share. Big Mama is brilliant and funny. She’s gut-honest and humble. She loves Jesus, her hubby, her darling daughter, and her friends and family. She writes about things I can totally relate to. Well, except for Fashion Friday (I’m so fashion-illiterate), but somehow, she’s even got me hooked there. Well, and I don’t always get her Deep South references (Tex-Mex, chicken-fried elk, the Aggies, some kind of grocery store about Butts), but I’m learning.
I do understand little girls who are tomboyish princesses. I do understand Target. I do understand Easy Bake Ovens. I do understand “Don’t Stop Believin’” by Journey. I do understand being amazed by God’s blessings. I do understand wanting my life to matter for eternity. I do understand the daily ups and downs of life and finding hilarity in the mundane.
She’s an amazing woman. And a fabulous writer. She puts words together in a way that most of us can only dream of. She can take the simplest, most ordinary thing and turn it into an entire side-splitting post. She makes me laugh. Out loud. With snorts. And sometimes cry. And then laugh some more.
Thank you, Melanie, for brightening my life–way up here in Ohio! Can’t wait to meet you and Girly-Girl at the Zoo (my first time in Texas!) in the spring!
p.s. If you left a comment at Big Mama’s and want an extra shot to win the book of your choice, leave a comment, and you’re in! (just tell me which book strikes your fancy–they’re listed on the sidebar on the right) And you have my personal guarantee that your odds of winning will be better here than over at Big’s.
Have an awesome day, friends!

I want in double. Thanks!
I think I need ‘Is That All He Thinks About?’….
Nice to meet you!
Adrienne
First time reading your blog-great job.
My book pick -Is That All He Wants?
Thanks
The book From Blushing Bride to Wedded Wife looks great! I got married in June and I’m still trying to figure all this wifey stuff out. I definitely think this book would be helpful.
Love your blog, by the way!
Hi Marla! I’ve been meaning to write you about the book “Is that all he thinks about”. My eyes, heart, and head were really opened up by reading this. Thank you! My husband thanks you as well =) I would like to enter for “Changing the World….” I thoroughly enjoy reading your words! Thanks!!
Marla,
My husband listens to your husbands podcast @ God’s mac and told me I should check out your blog. I love the new look and love the content. Thanks for the additional giveaway here. I would choose “Is that all he thinks about”. Thanks.
Is That All He Thinks About? sounds great. Thanks for all the hard work.
I am pregnant with my first baby and would love to have a copy of Expecting! Thanks!!!
Is That All He Thinks About? sounds like a great one. I’d probably give “Expecting” to one of the sweet girls at our church who are pregnant right now. Thanks for all you do!
hi there! i wd love changing your world to give t oanew mommy friend of mine…thanks~
I’m here from BigMamma’s… I think I would like the “Is that ALL He Thinks About?” book. Looks like a great read.
Thanks!!
I am so glad BigMama introduced you to us! I would love to read ‘From Blushing Bride to Wedded Wife’.
Since I’m past all the baby stuff I’ll go with “Is That All He Thinks About”. Sounds interesting.
I’m here from Big Mama’s too and I think all your books seems awesome! Since I just had my baby I would have loved the Expecting book and I definitely think the Blushing bride to wedded Wife one looks good too! Thanks for the chance to win!
I’d love to win, From Blushing Bride to wedded wife. I’ve been married almost 28 years and my plan would be to read it myself, then pass it on to one of my newly engaged/married young friends. Thanks!
‘Changing your World One Diaper at a Time’ – with a title like that, it has to be fabulous! I’ve already changed about 100,000 diapers, but would love this book to offer to a new mom just beginning that journey.
“Is that All He Thinks about?” sounds like a good book! Please count me in for the giveaway!!
I only recently came to Big Mama’s blog, but am a devoted fan already. I’m so glad she popped us over to your blog as well. What an incredible resource you both are for sharing your lives in order to help others-even if it is just relating the day-to-day living we all go through. All of your books look wonderful. I think I would like either the “Changing Your World One Diaper at a Time” or “Expecting”. I’m actually due any time with our third baby-a boy (we have two girls) and my sister-in-law will be a first time mom in July. I think she would enjoy either so I’ll pass whichever one along to her. God bless!
I am a “bigmama” reader that stopped by for a visit too. Your books sound great and I would love to read “Is That All He Thinks About”… I can’t tell you how many times I have had that thought!
BigMama reader here
I think I’d love to read “Is That All He Thinks About” because I know the answer is YES
After 16+ years of marriage and over 20 years together, it’s still wonderful to know that he wants me that much
I am a faithful reader of Big Mama. So glad I checked her blog today to see your books. We are expecting our first, a little girl, the end of March, so I am soaking in anything I can get my hands and think that Changing Your World, One Diaper at a Time would be great!
I would love to win “Changing your world one diaper at a time”!
I would love “Is That all He Thinks About?”
Oo oo oo!
I would love to have “Is that all He thinks About?” Cuz really, is it?? I need to know these things!
I’d love Expecting (I’m due in August), or Changing Your World One Diaper at a Time (I also have a one year old).
Thanks!
Is That All He Thinks about would be great for me and some friends. Ahem. But, any of them would be great shower gifts. I know people who are pregnant, have newborns and are engaged to be married this spring.
Winning would seriously save my gift budget!
Hi! I did click over from Big Mama’s and would love to read Is That All He Thinks About. They all sound great! Thanks!
I would love “Is That All He Thinks About?” I read the excerpt online and it was great.
Thanks!
Wow, all of them look like good reads, and I am expecting our 3rd child…but I think the book “Is That All He Thinks About” might be the one I’d pick. Thanks for the chance to win:-)
I just hopped over here from Big Mama’s site. All of your books look great! I would love to get “Expecting.” I’m expecting my first baby in July. I think I’m also going to purchase “Changing Your World One Diaper at a Time.” I would love to read all of them as I get ready to transition to a brand new, scary, yet exciting, phase in life!
Thanks!
I’d like to win a copy of “Expecting”….I’m not expecting, but would like to be in the near future!
I would love to read both “From Blushing Bride To Wedded Wife” (Although I’ve been married 4 years, it feels like we just married yesterday!) and “Changing Your World One Day At A Time”…because I have a 2 year old and hope to have another sometime soon!
Thanks for the chance to win!!!
I’d like “Is That All He Thinks About?” Thank you!
Hi Marla! I was introduced to you through Mrs. Amanda Jones, Beth Moore’s daughter. I already have your first two books on wifedom and sex. I am 36 weeks pregnant and I am so sad to just be finding out about your Expecting book. This is our first baby, so maybe I can get it for the next pregnancy. I would love the chance to win Changing Your World One Diaper at a Time, for I am sure to need some great encouragement in the weeks to come. Thank you and you have a gorgeous family.
I would love to get my hands on “Is that all he thinks about?”….and I’m hoping there’s a chapter in there titled…”Will I ever think about it as much as he does?!?!”
It is a hard choice, but I would pick “Is That All He Thinks About?” or “From Blushing Bride to Wedded Wife.”
Coming over from Big Mama’s site….maybe I’ll get lucky! Would love the “Is that all He wants”—but honestly, would read any of them. Plus, they would make great wedding or baby shower gifts. Thanks for the chance! And good luck with all the zoos!
I am torn! I NEED a copy of “Is That All He Thinks About?” (embarrassing to admit!), but I know my sister would probably love “From Blushing Bride to Wedded Wife.” Hope I win!!
As a tired mom of also 3 girls – I need “Is That All He Thinks About?” Pronto!
All of your books look good. The expecting one is the only one I won’t be needing. No more babies for me.
I love your Scrabble tile name at the top!! I’d love to win the Expecting book – to give to my sister-in-law when the day comes…!
I would love the Changing the World book. My SIL just had a baby 2 weeks ago, and I think she would appreciate it…
I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE EXPECTING AND CHANGING THE WORLD ONE DIAPER AT A TIME!
I did come over from Big Mama but I can see now that I have yet another daily blog to read. I enjoyed you post so much and even though it was about Big Mama I can tell from your writing style that I will have to be back daily.
Thanks, Cydney “Lou”
Ooh, an extra chance to win one of your books??? I think I would probably pick Changing Your World One Diaper at a Time… or possibly Expecting, as we’re hoping to be expecting sometime before TOO long…
I’d love to win a copy of “Expecting”. My husband and I are hoping to add to our family in the near future, and I’d love to have a guided journal for praying for a new developing little one.
Is That All He Thinks About???? would have to be at the top of my list! 20 years of marriage and I am grateful that he still thinks about it, but seriously–my hormones and 4 kids later— have changed and he is still like the teenager I started out with!!! Would love to read your book! Thanks for the chance to win!
“Changing Your World One Diaper at a Time” sounds muy intriguing to this New Mama!
Can’t wait to hear what you have to say about unsolicited advice and “helpful” grandparents
I have been married for a total of 1 month! I love it but, it comes with some interesting changes that I didn’t expect. It’s hard both books “Is That All He Thinks About” & “From Blushing Bride to Wedded Wife” both sound great and I could use the advice. I know what the Bible says but, I never realized just how difficult it would be to act on it!
Thanks for your blog!
Oh, I’m so excited about this! I was asked last week to head up the “Blessed Expectations” ministry at our church. I would love to check out the “Expecting” book as a possible gift to give the expecting mothers. Thanks so much for this opportunity!

What a beautiful family you have! I don’t usually win things, so I’ll definitely go with two chances over one.
“Expecting” looks beautiful and I’ll definitely keep it in mind for all my future preggers friends and when God blesses us with another little angel…but I think I’ll go with “Is that all he thinks about”…I mean seriously, at 3 o’clock in the morning?!?!? Thanks!
Love your site.
I think I would like “Is that all he thinks about.”
It looks like a great book!
Yes, double entries are good! I am thinking that Changing Your World One Diaper at a Time sounds like the ticket. Even with four kids, encouraging words are a must have!
I would like to read “Is that all he thinks about” It looks fantastic
I’m so glad that BigMama sent me/ us this way! You are to cute too!
I think that I really need to read ” Is that all He Thinks About?” It is really an issue in my marriage and causing all sorts of stress!! Thanks for the opportunity and another fun place to visit everyday!!
Oh I hope I win. I came over from BigMama’s blog and I must say I’m going to read all of your books. I think I’m going to start with From Blushing Bride to Wedded Wife. Pick me pick me.
Hi Marla! I actually already ordered your book “changing your world one diaper at a time” – I cant wait to get it — I found it through sorta crunchy — I’ve seriously been having a hard time with my little one and sleeping and knowing what to do and whose advice to follow – so I’m really looking forward to reading it! Anyways, my best friend is pregnant too and I’d love a copy of Expecting to give her
thanks for doing this!!
I just love the way the blogging world brings everyone together! Isn’t it crazy the kinds of friendships that we can form? What a blessing it sounds like your friendship is o each other!
I guess you could call me a “lurker” since I don’t have a blog. I do read “Big Mama” daily and will now put your blog on my ‘must-read’ list. I would be very interested in the book, “Is That All He Thinks About?”.
Hey Marla. I’ve read “Is that all He thinks about?” I actually requested that our local library order it and add it to their collection, and they DID! I’m expecting (via adoption) but the dirty diaper one sticks out to me most. Fun contest!
I’d love to win is That All He Thinks About? I read the excerpt and found it very interesting. If I don’t win than I’m going to seriously think about getting this book. I really like how you approach such a touchy subject.
i think at this point in my life i could definitely use “is that all he thinks about?” that pretty much summarizes the way things have been going lately.
Changing Your World One Diaper at a Time
I just got one out of diapers, but we hope to adopt children and will have plenty more where that came from! Blessings to you and your ministry.
kdraptor @ hotmail . com
I would love a copy of “Is That All He Thinks About?” I’d read it myself and then pass it on to other women in my home group from church. Very insightful and true!
“Is That All He Thinks About” sounds good. Thanks for the extra chance!
Donna
what a great “ode to big mama”…loved it.
it is a tough pick…all of your books look great. even though my youngest is just past her first year, i think i’d still love a copy of changing your world one diaper at a time!
thanks for the chance to win!
Changing Your World One Diaper at a Time
I’m a new mom to a beautiful 6 week old daughter. It’s been so exhuasting yet so rewarding. I didn’t know it was possible to love someone so much!!!
Changing the World… Is my choice. But, to be honest, it was hard to decide. I have a cousin (only 21 yrs old) who is pregnant. Sigh. I was selfish. I’ll just have to buy the Expecting one…
I am torn between two of your books…I have heard AMAZING things about the Changing Your world one diaper at a time, but the Is that all he thinks about also looks good. So….hmmm….I think it shall be…umm…changing your world one diaper at a time! Thanks!
I’d choose Is That All He Thinks About? Sounds enlightening!! Thanks for the giveaway!
“From Blushing Bride to Wedded Wife”
I am a newlywed, so I think this book would be a great read!! Thanks!
I think “Is That All He Thinks About” needs to join the flannel pyjamas, kleenex, and plastic clippes in the top drawer of my night stand. I’m hoping that reading it will help me move the flannels on down, and the satin ones up!
I have a three year old and an eight month old, so Changing Your World One Diaper at a Time sounds like the one for me.
Thanks for the chance to win!
I think “Changing Your World One Diaper at a Time” sounds good – we’re (finally!) anticipating the birth of our first child and I just may need this!
I would love Changing the World One Diaper at a Time, first because I love the title and secondly because my daughters are in this stage of life right now and I know they would appreciate reading this book.
Thanks!
I think Changing the World would make a great gift for a new mom. That’s my pick!
I love reading stories about how bloggy friendships got started. So sweet!
As for the books I think that I’d get the most out of Is That All He Thinks About? Second trimester hormones seem to be helping me out in that department lately but I still find myself asking that question rather frequently.
Hi Marla! I found your site from Big Mama’s and I love it! And I just have to say, I am in the pink hairdryer club too.
I think as far as the book goes, I would love “Is That All He Thinks About?”
thanks!!
Hi Marla! Are you buried in snow too (I’m from Ohio as well). Found your site through Big Mama’s and am thinking my daily blog reading list just got one longer. I would love “Is That All He Thinks About?” I think my hubby would be glad I made that pick too.
Thanks!!!
Ruthie
I think that Is That All He Thinks About? would be a good read for me. It’s always nice to remind ourselves of God’s plan for marriage.
Is That All He Thinks About? sounds really good. Thanks for doing this!
I found your site/ books just in time. I found out last week that we are expecting #3 and I would LOVE to have your new book “Expecting” to pray over our new baby. Thanks for the opportunity to read your thoughts.
I would love the Expecting book. I have a 3-year-old (awesome) daughter. We have been trying for another baby for over a year now, and I experienced two miscarriages this past year. Heartbreaking, for sure. I have hope that I will get pregnant again (we didn’t have ANY complications with my daughter), but I know that the second I see two pink lines on a pregnancy test, I will pray like I never have before. I prayed with my daughter’s pregnancy, but I took for granted how easily I got pregnant with her, carried her, and had her. I feel the urge to pray so much more now.
I need “Is That All He Thinks About?” and “From Blushing Bride to Wedded Wife”. Thanks for a 2nd chance to win!
I would love the Expecting book. When I was pregnant, I read though What to Expect when you are Expecting book and came up with my own ways to pray each day for the development of my twins. I would LOVE this book, because it is even better than my made up way!
Thanks for the chance.

I would love Expecting. I’m going to be trying for baby #2 in July and feel that I need to do some praying. I want this child to be healthy and ready for the world when he/she comes out.
One Diaper at a Time sounds perfect for my daughter- n-law!
I’m hoping to be expecting soon so I would love to have the Expecting book!
Marla,
Thanks for swinging by my blog this morning. I would love another chance to win a copy of Expecting.
~ Stacy
I’d love to have “Is that all he thinks about?” – thanks for the second opportunity to be selected for a prize! Loved your entry about how you and Bigmama met!
The book I would choose – “Is That All He Thinks About?” I read Big Mama’s blog everyday and love her take on life and her love for Jesus. Have a Blessed Day!
I would love to read “Changing Your World…”.
Thanks!
Angie
I’d like to win “Is that all He Thinks About” too. Or “Expecting”. Or “Changing the world one diaper at a time”.
I’m a pastor and I need to read books I can recommend to women not just books for men!
Hi, I would love a double chance to win! I like the Changing Your World book. Sounds like a good read!
Thanks.
Heather
Would love to win! I do always wonder if “That all is he REALLY thinks about”. Thanks for all you do to inspire others.
The book I thought I’d write in 1994 and never did…Expecting. Way to go! Thanks for the thoughts.
I would love to read Expecting or Changing Your World One Diaper at a Time ….
Stopping by from BigMama’s to say hello. Your books look awesome and would love to have them all. I’ve been married for 6 1/2 years and have two little ones–one is 10 months old and the other is 3 1/2 years old. The two books of yours that I would really love to read/have would be…Is that all he thinks about… and Changing your world…Glad to have visited your blog. I will definately be back!

Well, seeing as how I am expecting our 1st baby in a few months, I am very interested in your books “Expecting” and “Changing Your World One Diaper @ a Time.”
Both would suit me quite well as I make this transition into Mommyhood ( :
I just sat here and read the chapter in “Is that all he thinks about?” and I am hooked! I would love a copy of this book!
I’m thinking the “Is That All He Thinks About?” book is needed here at our house =) It was fun to experience your blog =)
I would like to read “Is that all he thinks about?” I think it would be great to learn more about what the Bible says about all things “intimate!”
Let me say first of all that Marla – you are such a great author!! I was up until 3 am this morning reading Is that all he thinks about? Your advice has already started to transform my marriage (and our bedroom
) Thanks a million!! I actually got all of your books as a Christmas gift this year, but I’d especially like an extra copy of Expecting to give a pregnant cousin of mine. Keep up the good work! You’ve made such an impact on my marriage and I am so grateful. Hugs!!
I want a double chance! “Is that all he thinks about” seems to be a popular choice, but I have to go with “From Blushing Bride to Wedded Wife.” Love your site!
megan
All of your books look interesting. I have two small children so I would love to read “Changing Your World One Diaper at a Time”.
Thank you!
I would love a copy of “Is that all he thinks about?” Thanks =]
I would love to win- Changing Your World, One Diaper at a Time. I just gave birth to my first child, a girl, in December and know this book would be perfect for me to read. Thanks!
I love that you love to share about your friends and fellow servants! How cool.
Have all your books..except Expecting. Would love to read it even though we’re done with babies.
Love you, girl.
I’d like to read From Blushing Bride to Wedded Wife – not only for myselft, but also to give as a gift to newlyweds!
Before motherhood I was a genetic counselor specializing in addressing questions about medications and other exposures during pregnancy. Needless to say, I know a lot about fetal development and a lot about pregnancy and a lot about pregnant women. The idea of praying through pregnancy week-by-week is intriguing and beautiful. I have two boys…but there might be another in our future. For many reasons I would love your book “Expecting.”
I like, “Changing your world one diaper at a time.”
I had a hard time choosing between “One Diaper at a Time” and “Is That All He Thinks About?” I am somewhere between the two right now in my life!
But, if I must, I choose “Thinks About.”
I’d love “Is That All He Thinks About?” Thanks for the giveaway!
I need “Expecting”. I want to give it to my daughter-in-law who is expecting my son’s first child. She has a 12 yr. old from a previous relationship, but that’s a long time between children. She needs a refresher, some reminders, and to let God help her through this difficult pregnancy. I think it would help her to be more positive while she waits for the early pregnancy “roughies” to pass. Thanks and keep up the good work!!
Hi Marla! It’s great to “meet” you. I’d love to enter your contest and I, too, am interested in “Is That All He Thinks About?” Thanks for doing this!
I’d love to read “Changing Your World…” I can certainly relate to the “mom guilt” about going back to work. Thanks!!
Love your site! Just came across it via Big Mama but will be happy to read it again! I’m relieved to see that I am one of many who would love to read Is That All He Thinks About. Can I admit here that improving that part of my marriage is one of my new year’s resolutions? Guess I just did. Thanks for the give-aways!
Blushing Bride to Wedded Wife. My neice is getting married and this sounds so good.
Thanks
Is that all he thinks about?
I would love to read “Is That All He Thinks About?” Thanks.
I just commented at Big Mama, and I will comment again here. I’m very interested in “Is That All He Thinks About?”
Some friends and I have been discussing that very topic a lot lately.
I am so addicted to your books!
I really want expecting for my friend…obviously, there ain’t no baby in my belly…but my friend is pregnant finally after 3 years of trying! I’d love to give it to her as a gift!
Oh, I would love to have “Is That All He Thinks About?”! I read the excerpt, and it really has me thinking already.
Is somebody giving out free stuff or something??
That is so great that there is another Missy ^^ up there who has a 3 year old and an 8 month old (mine’s 9, but who’s counting)?
I, too, am fashion illiterate. One thing I don’t get though, is why they didn’t have many stirrup pants in the stores this year. And fanny packs. Because those pocketless pants require you to have another “pocket” somewhere.
Hi, Marla….lol
This is the first time I’ve read you blog and I really enjoy it! “Is That All He Thinks About” sounds great!
It is the first time I have made it so far along in my pregnancy and I would LOVE to win a copy of Expecting.
Thank you for the opportunity.
Put me down for Is That All He Thinks About. Sounds very interesting!
Thanks
All 4 look great, so it was a hard choice! I would love to read Is That All He Thinks About.
So glad to ‘meet’ you! I’d love to read Expecting. They all look great!
I would def love to read “From Blushing Bride to Wedded Wife”…. – even though they all look wonderful!
Yes, there are a few other Nina’s out there…but not many. I’ve only encountered a handful in my lifetime. My parents wanted something not very common and something that wouldn’t be shortened.
I just found your blog today from Big Mama’s. I love that your first name is in Scrabble letters. That’s my absolute favorite game!
hi! i am pregnant with my 3rd little shocker and would love a copy of Changing World…. i just thought my diaper changing days were over, but no, surprise…
Hello again! As a new wife and newer mom, I (really) need “Is That All He Thinks About?”
hi. I have five kids five and under. a set of twin girls at the end and I feel like we’re back at square one again! I would like “Changing Your World One Diaper at a Time”.
A good thing can always get better right? So with that in mind I would love to read “Is That All He Thinks About”. Also, I love the cover photo…too cute!
Thanks!
Your books sound great…loved reading through some of your blog entrys too!
I think I could do my marriage some good by reading “Is that all he thinks about.” Thanks for the great giveaway!
mnatherson (at) comcast (dot) net
I would love the book Expecting. I mosied my way on over from Big Mama and now have you on my blog roll as well! My housework has much less of a chance of getting done with my new addiction to the world of blogs!
I would love Expecting. I’m not expecting yet, but DH and I are praying about it, and it would be a wonderful book to have when we do conceive.
Thanks for two chances to win!
Thanks for offering one of your books up! As a woman who’s only been married one and half years, they all look so good
I think I’ll pick “Expecting”, though, as my husband and I plan to start trying by the end of the year!
i’m all about ‘changing your world one diaper at a time’…i have a 2.5 year old and another on the way! thanks marla! all your books sound great!
)
I think I need Is that All he Thinks About. It sounds like it could be helpful and with three little ones, I need some encouragement in that area! Thanks!
I would like to read Is that all He Thinks About as well as Changing One Diaper at a Time…that reminds of Steven Curtis Chapman’s song…Changing the World, One Little Heartbeat at a Time
I am in my 20th week & really enjoying Expecting. I can’t wait to purchase this for friends/family that are expecting!!! I wish I would have had this for my other 2 pregnancies (as well as for all of this one)
Love your blog and would adore Is that All He Thinks About?…. Your other books would have been such a blessing when my kiddos were itty-bitty but I think now, ummm, we need the other one.
Hi there, What a pleasure to meet you through BigMama. Your books sound wonderful. I’ll put my name in the hat for “Is That All He Thinks About?” Thanks for the opportunity.
I was pointed here by BigMama and would love to enter the drawing for “From Blushing Bride to Wedded Wife.” Thanks so much!
Came here from BigMama’s too. I’d love a chance at “Is That All He Thinks About?” Thanks!
BigMama brought me here. I just started reading her blogs last year and she is a hoot! “Is That All He Thinks About” would be the perfet read for me.
Is That All He Thinks About…
Sounds like something I would like to read, and should have read 12 years ago.
Pick me! Pick me!
I would love to read Expecting!!! I loved Changing Your World One Diaper at a Time! It was so fun I raced thru it!
“Expecting” would be a perfect little seed to help my sister believe for her first child. She’ll love it.
Would love Expecting! Expecting first baby in September and would love a prayer guide!
hahaha…you crack me up!
Expecting would be my choice.
So…heres my story…
My sister just got married and she read the blushing bride book while she was doing her premarital counseling stuff. I know she really enjoyed it. When I heard that you had a new book, “Expecting”, i really wanted to get it for her but i really cant come up with the money…so with that “expecting” is definitely my choice
I love the new blog! I would love to give my friend “From Blushing Bride to Wedded Wife.”
I just found your site this week from Amanda at Baby Bangs. I read the sample chapter from Is That All He Thinks About just last night. It was very good and addresses a really big problem for . That would probably be what I would choose. I really enjoyed finding your blog and will definately be back!
found you via BigMama – look forward to reading your books!!!
Your book Expecting really calls to me. I am currently expecting my first baby (a little girl!) and would love to read your book.
diapers!!!
fun to “meet” big mama.

All your books sound fantastic! I think I’d choose ‘How To Change Your World…” Thanks!

Is That All He Thinks About?
Wow. A second chance. Thanks!
I would like to read “Is That All He Thinks About”. I was just praying about this; the timing could not be better!
*snort laughing at the Butts store!* LOLOLOL!
I would LOVE to read your Expecting book. I’m in week 15 of yet ANOTHER pregnancy I was told would never happen. I would love any encouragement to keep this normally energic girl afloat. LOL!
OK! Ser-i-ous-LY! How do all you “super-bloggers” ever get thru all your comments???
Hi Marla! Nice to meet you, coming over from BigMama’s and if you are a friend of hers, I just know we will be friends too! AND, we share the good ole state of OHIO! So, we potentially could be friends in real life! Yea!
I’d love to read them all! But I think the stage I’m most at right now is the “Is That All He Thinks About?” stage…Sounds like I’m not the only one!
Thanks for the giveaway! I’ll add you to my Google Reader to keep up on your fun blog!
Hello, Marla!! I’m a visitor from BigMama, but oh my gosh…did you read my mind or what with your entry on writing. I’m so following your advice. May or may not ever happen, but I appreciate your guidance!
I would love to have From Blushing Bride. I have some sweet darling girls who are just starting that journey.
I came from Big Mama’s site. “Is that he thinks about” sounds right up my alley.
Expecting sounds great. Thanks for the giveaway!
Hello Dear, I have the first three already and am beginning the third one now…One Diaper at a time and I have really enjoyed them. I would like “Expecting” b/c Michael and I are trying for no 2 and it would be neat to read throughout the preg. Thanks
Soo hard to choose! I think I would like ‘Expecting’ or ‘Changing the World’, although I do think reading ‘All He Thinks About’ would be good for me too!
Thanks for the contest! I am glad to have found you!
Hi Maria! I would love to have a copy of Expecting. What an awesome opportunity to pryay for your unborn child!
Thanks!
Hi Maria! I would love to have a copy of Expecting. What an awesome opportunity to praying for your unborn child!
Thanks!
“Is that all he thinks about” definitely that one! Thanks for the second chance to win!
I would love to win Is that All He Thinks About! Thanks!
Thank you for giving us a double shot!! I’d love to win the “Is that all he thinks about” because I ask myself that every…single…night…
I would love to know, “Is That All He Thinks About?”
Yep, pretty sure it is…
I would LOVE to read “Is That All He Thinks About.” I have wondered that multiple times! lol
I have all your books except for Expecting (and love them all!), and I’d love the chance to win it!
I would love Expecting but would be thrilled by any of them!!!! I’ll check them all out regardless if I win or not!!! Thank you!
They all look great! I’m most interested in reading “Is that all he thinks about” for myself, but I’d also like to check out “Expecting.” I’m sure that would make a wonderful gift for any expecting mom! Thanks for the opportunity!
I’d love to win “Expecting” since I already own your other books!
I’d love to read Is That All He Thinks About. I love your style and your honesty!
~Kristin
I love to read your blog, and your new one is fun, also.
I enjoy the book, From blushing bride to wedded wife.
Take care and God bless.
I could definitely benefit from Changing Your World One Diaper At a Time! Thanks so much for offering this giveaway!
I would love the chance to win, “Is That All He Thinks About.” Thanks, Marla!
I would love the “Changing Your World One Diaper at a Time” since I am struggling with all the new mommy stuff.
Count me in for a shot at “Is That All that He Thinks About?”
I am so torn, would it be One Diaper At A Time for me, or Expecting for my friend? Choice, choices, choices …
Or maybe Is That All He Thinks About for my MAN!!!
Definitely “Is That All He Thinks About?” They all look fabulous but that would be my top choice.
I actually sent a couple of dear friend the link to that book and said we needed to read it together as it is an area we all struggle with.
Awwwwww, shoot! Look at all these comments! No way I’ll win anything now.
You know what? Don’t even count this as a comment . . . I’ve already got Changing Your World One Diaper at a Time (LOVING IT!) and I think (hope?) Expecting is on its way (unless your publicist changed his mind). It would be greedy for me to enter.
But I want y’all to know Marla’s writing is AWESOME. You need at least one of her books in your personal library!
I think I need “Is that all he thinks about?” and “One Diaper at a time”. That is the stage of life that I am in..tired mama of two little ones and a horny husband! Ha!
This is my first time visiting here. I am anxious to read your books. Even if I don’t win, I would like to get them. I think I would start out with “Is that all he thinks about?”
Just found out I’m pregnant with my first, so I would love “Expecting” – thanks!!
Your books sound amazing. I would love to read Blushing Bride to Wedded Wife my boyfriend and I are in deep talks about getting married very soon.
I had commented already but forgot to put my book choice. I really have a hard time with this because I love being a mom but I feel very poor at it so the Changing the World One Diaper At A Time would be nice but the husband if very important so Is That All He Thinks About would also be nice.
“Is That all he Thinks About” sounds so enlightening… I would love to read it!
I really liked the sound of “Is That All He Thinks About?” Just the synopses themselves struck me, because I find myself caught in a vicious cycle of, “Well if he would, then I would…” Sick, I know. We don’t have children yet, but I know I will definitely get “Expecting” when we do. I so want to have a lifetime devotion to praying for my children, individually and specifically. Thank you!
Love your Big Mama entry! And I love how appropriate all your books are for us girls. I just got married a few months ago, so I’d totally dig your book “From Blushing Bride to Wedded Wife.” Keep up the great work!
OHHH I could not make up my mind. I’m really interesting in “Changing the world” and “Expecting” I just had my first child December 6 and am loving every minute of it..well almost every minute (lol).
I would love “From Blushing Bride to Wedded Wife”. As I was reading what it was about, I kept thinking: yes, yes, yes. I need help with all of those things. (I just got married a year ago).
“Is that all he thinks about” is my choice!
I would love to read Expecting. I already own and have read Changing the World One Diaper at a Time and Is That all He Thinks About. They are both AMAZING books and I recommend them all to my friends. Is That All He Thinks About really gave me a better perspective on my marriage.
I’d love “Expecting”!
Is that all he thinks about! I’d take that one for sure! Great blog, glad I found it.
The last few weeks, I’ve seen your name all over, Marla. So it’s nice to formally “meet” you.
I’m totally intrigued by the “Expecting” book. My sister and sister-in-law are pregnant right now, and Lord willing, I still have at least one more pregnancy in my future. So it would be well used.
I would love to win “Is That All He Thinks About?”! I read the excerpt and want to read more.
Thank you for the chance to win!
