bloggy give-aways carnival!

You guys know I’m not a movie-watcher, but I watched Expelled last night with my hubby and LOVED it. He saw it in the theater last spring and raved and raved about it. It was incredible. Not the tiniest bit boring. Not even once.

If you believe in God and believe He created the universe, you’ve GOT to watch this DVD. It’s an absolute must.

If you believe in God but aren’t so sure He created everything, you’ve GOT to watch this DVD. It’s an absolute must.

If you’re 99% convinced that there is no God, no such thing as any kind of intelligent design, I DARE YOU to watch this DVD. I double-dare you.

I’m giving away a copy as part of the Bloggy Give-Aways Carnival. I don’t even own it myself. But my goodness, we’ve got to open our eyes to what’s going on in the world around us. Scientists that even dare to suggest the faintest possibility that intelligent design might have the slightest bit of credibility–BOOM. They’re fired. Their scientific careers are over. Stick a fork in them.

Why? What are evolutionists so scared of? Creationists aren’t scared of evolution.

One of my favorite all-time quotes–Truth does not shrink from inquiry.

If there’s no truth in the creation theory, if it’s all a myth, what’s the big deal? Why not let scientists go where the evidence takes them? Truth does not shrink from inquiry. So, what’s with all the shrinking evolutionists?

Just leave a comment below to be entered in the drawing for the DVD. (open to U.S. residents only) Thanks!!

I have seen EXPELLED advertised. But didn’t know what it was about. This would be so cool to go along with our studies. We are doing a Creation Science unit study, this year.

Can I really leave a comment?  All this time I’ve been so tempted and had no idea…hope you have a wonderful day tomorow!  Maybe you and Stacy can make a haunted basement…

I saw it in the theater when I first came out. INCREDIBLE!!  That’s why I immediately went home and listed it as one of my favorite movies of all time. Funny, provocative, intellectually stimulating, memorable, high-professional.

I have seen this advertised on TV but I didn’t know it was an actual movie that was in the theaters. I thought it was a “straight to DVD” sort of thing.

Now you piqued my interest! I’d love to learn more about this.

I’m more than a little concerned with all these news stories recently about how scientists are “fabricating” life by putting a few chemicals in a petri dish.  And then this whole idea of life springing from volcanoes and such.  As you always say, Come, Lord Jesus, quick! (Okay, I REALLY wanna win this since I know my husband and I would totally forget where we were if we were watching it!)

DH & I watched Expelled when it was in the theater, and I totally agree with your review.  I’d love to own a copy to lend to friends and maybe even host a viewing of it.  Thanks for the chance to win it.  This is a thoughtful and timely giveaway.

I LOVED this movie at the theater, we consider it important, especially since our church, and many of its members, and our state Baptist convention, pour huge dollars into one of the institutions referenced. Thanks for getting the word out.
