Is that REALLY glued to her head? This is something I might need to learn about. Do they come off easy? I’m so confused! (Oh dear Lord, I don’t know if I’m meant to have a girl.)

The bow is “glued” on with corn syrup. It comes off easily (or falls off) without even leaving a mark.
