05This afternoon, my little one and her daddy headed out the door without me. She jumped up and down and jabbered all the way to the car. 2 hours and $2.62 later, they came home. He was smiling, she was glowing. I was all ears for her eager recap. Then her talented daddy made a little recap of his own. Melt.

Awe, this is just too precious…..tell Gabe he is a great Daddy and his daughters are gonna love him and appreciate him forever if he keeps up that sweetness!
Marla…you hava keeper! Blessings to you and thank you for the book in the mail
I will be donating it myself to a new Mama.
LOVE it!! So precious.
So precious!
Way to go, Daddy!
My husband and I try to take our 3 kids on individual dates, too. Unfortunately it doesn’t happen as often as we would like.
But what I really related to in this article was the elevator/escalator rides at the mall.
That has been/continues to be my son’s FAVORITE place to go on a Dad/Mom date. To the mall to ride escalators and elevators. He is now 7
Aw, time is love!!
That was simply precious!!

Awwwwwwwwwww!!
Melt my heart.
I can’t wait to see her! And the rest of you too!
Why in the world did I ever think I wanted a boy instead of a girl??? I’ll never know.
what gabe said at the end was so true. i grew up with absolutely no extra money for anything. ever. but my daddy loved me and would spend hours helping me in 4-H and FFA. the time was what was important. not the money spent. i look forward to recaps from emma after her “dates” with daddy!
absolutely beautiful! brought tears to my eyes.
